NOTE: This item ships via palletized freight, so please allow one to two weeks for delivery from the time of shipment. These shipments are very heavy and require a signature upon receipt.  

SHIPPING:
Option A: Your rack will be shipped via truck freight (lower 48 states only) to the nearest freight hub where you can pick it up in person at your convenience once you have been notified it has arrived.

Option B: If you would prefer, we can provide door to door service for an additional fee of $250; please select this option within the drop down menu

  • Shell: Double-layered FRP with 1" air insulation

INCLUDED:

  • Mounting Brackets 2.0 ($89 value): Faster installation, the new standard of mounting brackets. These quick-to-tighten brackets are compatible with a maximum cross bar height of 1.2" (3cm) and a width of 3.5" (9cm). For higher cross bars, Mounting Brackets 1.0 should be used.
  • iKamper Allen Wrench: Allows quick installation of the brackets.
  • 3.0 Ladder with Cover ($145 value): Features angled steps, making them safer and more comfortable when you climb up.
  • Gas Strut Locks ($25 value): Securely lock the hard shell open during windy situations.
  • Hard shell Wax (gloss black/white only) ($25 value): Hard shell conditioning and care.
  • Seam Sealer ($15 value): Condition the seams of your canvas tent.
  • Tension Poles ($52 value): Turn your side windows into canopies.

Warranty Information

2 Year Warranty For 2 years from the date of purchase, iKamper will repair or replace (at our option) defective parts at no cost to the customer. Extended 3 Year Warranty For 5 years from the date of purchase, iKamper will repair or replace (at our option) defective parts at a minimum cost (production cost). Shipping is covered by the customer. Our warranty does not cover all issues, such as the ones below: UV damage: ultra-violet damage to fabric. The gel coat on the Skycamp shell is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes occurring as a result of use (vinyl window discoloration, scratches/dents on the roof top tent top, etc.) Damage caused by the customer (misuse, accident, abuse, storm damage, etc.) Aesthetic changes that do not affect the general operation of the roof top tent. This warranty applies only to customers who purchased directly from iKamper or an authorized dealer and does not cover second-hand purchases. While the warranty does cover products sold through authorized dealers, customers who purchased their iKamper products from a dealer must submit any After Service Requests through the dealer they purchased from.
