Designed around the popular XL shallow moto housing, this modular system allows users to configure anywhere from 3 to 9 forward-projecting lights while maintaining a sleek, aggressive appearance that complements modern trucks, SUVs, UTVs, and off-road builds.
Each XL Sport light produces an impressive 3,162 raw lumens using Baja Designs’ next-generation LED technology. By combining multiple lens patterns within the light bar configuration, the XL Linkable system creates a smooth blend of usable light across lighting zones 1, 2, 3, and 4 simultaneously- delivering excellent near-field visibility along with impressive distance projection.
What separates the XL Linkable system from traditional light bars is its unmatched adjustability. Each light features 45 degrees of vertical pitch adjustment independently or across the entire bar, allowing users to fine-tune beam placement for varying terrain and driving conditions. Independent horizontal adjustment on each light also allows the bar to be configured in either a straight or curved arrangement to better match rooflines, bumpers, and vehicle contours.
Designed for future expansion and easy installation, the included harness comes fully trimmed and pre-crimped, making setup straightforward while allowing additional links to be added later if desired. A pre-load support kit is also included to improve rigidity and durability in rough terrain, while black rock guards protect the lenses when the lights are not in use.

Patterns:
Driving/Combo: Maximum trail coverage in a single light. The Driving/Combo pattern is equipped with both Wide Driving (44°) and spot (6°) optics to provide you with a smooth blend of light for both near field applications and distance (Lighting Zone 3)
Wide Cornering: BD was the first to develop a pattern specifically for cornering, dust and/or fog conditions. The Wide Driving pattern offers a 44° flattened horizontal beam for the ultimate in comfort lighting. (Lighting Zones 1 & 2)
High Speed Spot: A longer and narrower 6° beam focus for illumination further down the trail or road. The Spot pattern is designed to be used in conjunction with additional Wide Driving and/or Driving/Combo beam lights. (Lighting Zone 4 & 5)
