The Baja Designs XL Pro Linkable LED Light Bar Kit delivers premium off-road lighting performance with unmatched adjustability and customization. Built for enthusiasts who want maximum output and the flexibility to tailor their lighting setup to their exact vehicle and terrain, the XL Pro Linkable system combines Baja Designs’ next-generation LED technology with a fully modular design.
Centered around the proven XL shallow moto housing, each XL Pro light produces an impressive 4,095 raw lumens while maintaining excellent efficiency and beam control. The system can be configured with anywhere from 3 to 9 forward-projecting lights, creating a smooth blend of illumination across lighting zones 1, 2, 3, and 4 through the use of multiple lens patterns. The result is exceptional near-field visibility combined with long-range projection for high-speed off-road driving, desert running, overlanding, and trail use.
What sets the XL Linkable system apart is its industry-leading adjustability. Each light offers 45 degrees of vertical pitch adjustment independently or across the entire assembly, allowing users to fine-tune beam placement for varying terrain and driving conditions. Independent horizontal adjustment per light also allows the system to be configured in either a straight or curved layout to perfectly match bumpers, rooflines, roof racks, and prerunner setups.
Designed for easy installation and future expansion, the included wiring harness comes fully trimmed and pre-crimped while allowing additional links to be added later as your lighting needs evolve. A pre-load support kit is included to improve durability and rigidity in rough terrain, while black rock guards help protect the lenses when the lights are not in use.

What makes the XL Linkable series unique is its ability to adapt to virtually any vehicle and any application. Thanks to billet-machined links, the XL Pro Linkable offers up to 45 degrees of vertical pitch adjustment and up to 20 degrees of horizontal arc adjustability. We can fine-tune the configuration of the light bar to follow the natural curvature of a windshield, follow a roofline, or maintain a straight look across a bumper. This level of fine-tuning ensures that light is not only powerful but perfectly positioned for any vehicle it’s mounted to for correct light aiming.
More Power in the Same Housing
The original XL Sport Linkable offered 3,162 lumens per light, which set a new standard for customizable modular light bars. The XL Pro Linkable builds upon that proven design and significantly ups the power with 4,095 lumens per light. For those running the full nine-light system, that is 36,855 lumens of total power.
Designed for future expansion and easy installation, the included harness comes fully trimmed and pre-crimped, making setup straightforward while allowing additional links to be added later if desired. Patterns:
Driving/Combo: Maximum trail coverage in a single light. The Driving/Combo pattern is equipped with both Wide Driving (44°) and spot (6°) optics to provide you with a smooth blend of light for both near field applications and distance (Lighting Zone 3)
Wide Cornering: BD was the first to develop a pattern specifically for cornering, dust and/or fog conditions. The Wide Driving pattern offers a 44° flattened horizontal beam for the ultimate in comfort lighting. (Lighting Zones 1 & 2)
High Speed Spot: A longer and narrower 6° beam focus for illumination further down the trail or road. The Spot pattern is designed to be used in conjunction with additional Wide Driving and/or Driving/Combo beam lights. (Lighting Zone 4 & 5)
