Laser cut and formed from 3/16" USA steel, the Summit Series Rear Bumper wraps around the rear corners of your Jeep for additional body protection while maintaining clearance for 40"+ tires and applications running up to 44" tires.
Integrated 1" thick machined steel recovery points, recessed auxiliary light mounts, factory tow hitch compatibility, and provisions for factory parking sensors make the Summit Series equally at home on a dedicated trail Jeep or a daily-driven JL.

The Summit Series Rear Bumper was designed to provide substantial protection without hanging unnecessarily low behind your Jeep.
Its compact profile fits tightly against the rear of the JL and wraps around the body to help protect the vulnerable rear corners while providing increased clearance when dropping off ledges, climbing steep obstacles, or navigating technical terrain.

Running oversized tires shouldn't mean compromising rear bumper clearance.
The Summit Series Rear Bumper is designed around heavily modified Jeeps and provides clearance for 40"+ tires, including applications running up to 44" tires.
Actual tire clearance can vary depending on suspension configuration, axle placement, wheel offset, spare tire position, and other vehicle modifications.
3/16" USA Steel Construction
The Summit Series Rear Bumper is laser cut and press-brake formed from 3/16" thick USA steel for the strength required in demanding off-road environments.
Each bumper is fully welded and finished before receiving Rebel Off Road's multi-stage powder-coat process.

1" Heavy-Duty Recovery Points
Integrated 1" thick machined steel recovery shackle tabs provide substantial and easily accessible recovery points at the rear of your Jeep.
Their exposed positioning makes it easy to connect properly rated shackles and recovery equipment when you need them on the trail.
8-Bolt Frame Mounting System
The Summit Series Rear Bumper uses a heavy-duty 8-bolt mounting system designed to position the bumper tightly against the Jeep's frame.
This creates a solid connection while keeping the bumper tucked close to the body for a clean appearance and improved rear clearance.
Rear Corner Protection
Unlike bumper designs that terminate directly behind the frame rails, the Summit Series wraps around the rear corners of the Wrangler to provide additional protection for vulnerable bodywork.
The result is a bumper that provides meaningful trail protection without the excessive size and bulk of traditional full-width rear bumpers.
Retains the Factory Tow Hitch & Trailer Plug
The Summit Series Rear Bumper is designed to work with the factory Jeep tow hitch and trailer wiring plug, allowing you to retain factory towing functionality while upgrading the protection surrounding it.
Factory Parking Sensor Compatible
The Summit Series Rear Bumper includes provisions for factory Jeep rear parking and backup sensors.
Sensor hole plugs are supplied for vehicles that are not equipped with factory rear sensors, providing a clean finished appearance.
Important: Jeep Wrangler JL/JLU models originally equipped with a factory plastic rear bumper and parking sensors require the appropriate sensor mounting components. Select the corresponding option when ordering.
Recessed Auxiliary Light Mounts
Integrated recessed light locations accommodate many popular 2" x 2" cube-style LED lights, providing a clean location for additional reverse, trail, or campsite lighting.
Recessing the lights into the bumper helps protect them from trail obstacles while maintaining the clean profile of the Summit Series design.

Designed specifically for this bumper, the license plate mount provides a clean mounting location for your rear plate and includes LED license plate lighting, protective rubber trim, mounting hardware, and a Rebel Off Road license plate frame.
Premium Textured Black Powder Coat
Each Summit Series Rear Bumper is sandblasted and pre-treated using a four-stage iron phosphate wash with a deionized water rinse.
A zinc-rich primer basecoat is applied before the final black fine-texture powder-coated finish, providing a durable finish designed to withstand weather and demanding off-road use.

Vehicle Fitment
Designed specifically for Jeep Wrangler JL and JLU models.
Both 2-door Wrangler JL and 4-door Wrangler JLU applications are supported.
Vehicles originally equipped with a factory plastic rear bumper and parking sensors require the appropriate sensor mounting components. Be sure to select your factory bumper and sensor configuration when ordering.
Installation
The Summit Series Rear Bumper installs using a heavy-duty 8-bolt mounting system and includes the required bumper mounting hardware.
The bumper is designed as a bolt-on replacement with no cutting required for standard bumper installation.
Factory tow hitch and trailer plug functionality can be retained, and factory rear parking sensors can be transferred when the correct sensor mounting components are used.
If you own a factory plastic rear bumper with back up sensors you'll need to select the above option (Do You Own A Factory Plastic Rear Bumper With Sensors?) which will allow your senors to mount securley to our bumper. 5-Year Rebel Off Road Warranty
Rebel Off Road proudly backs ROE products with a 5-year warranty against defects in materials, workmanship, and components determined to have failed under normal use.
Because Summit Series armor is designed for off-road environments, rust resulting from chips, scratches, trail wear, or other damage to the finish during normal use is not considered a manufacturing defect. Labor associated with installation or removal is also not covered under the warranty.
