Heavy-Duty 3/16" USA Steel Construction
The Summit Series Front Bumper is laser cut and press-brake formed from 3/16" thick USA steel and robotically welded for consistent strength and fitment.
Its compact design sits tight against the Jeep's frame to improve approach clearance while providing substantial protection for the grille, frame, and front-end components. The bumper is engineered to provide clearance for 40" and larger tires, making it well suited for heavily modified Jeeps where every inch of front tire clearance matters.

Integrated Recessed Winch Mount
A heavy-duty integrated winch tray places the winch lower within the bumper instead of directly in front of the grille. This recessed position helps maintain airflow to the radiator, provides a cleaner installation, and keeps recovery weight lower on the vehicle.
The Summit uses the industry-standard 10" x 4.5" winch mounting pattern and is designed to accommodate popular recovery winches including the WARN ZEON platform and other commonly used Jeep winches.
Another major advantage of the Summit design is serviceability. The winch can be installed or removed after the bumper has been mounted, eliminating the need to remove the entire bumper simply to access your recovery system.

The Summit Series Front Bumper uses a heavy-duty 14-bolt mounting system designed to secure the bumper tightly against the Jeep's frame.
This mounting configuration provides exceptional strength while helping maintain a tight profile and excellent approach angle. The bumper works with the factory crash bar, although the crash bar may be removed where additional clearance is desired.
Integrated Auxiliary Light Mounting
The Summit incorporates 3.25" square auxiliary light openings designed to accommodate many popular cube-style off-road lights from manufacturers including Baja Designs, KC HiLiTES, Rigid Industries, and other brands using a compatible mounting footprint.
This allows auxiliary lighting to sit cleanly within the bumper instead of requiring additional external brackets.

Installation
The Summit Series Front Bumper is designed as a bolt-on replacement for the factory bumper. Installation procedures vary slightly between Jeep Wrangler JK, Wrangler JL, and Gladiator JT applications, as well as between Rubicon and non-Rubicon models.
Some winches may require additional frame-horn clearance depending on their overall width, and certain Jeep JK applications require modification of the factory vacuum-pump bracket.
