Each bumper is first sandblasted and pre-treated through a four-stage iron phosphate wash followed by a deionized water rinse. A zinc-rich primer from a Tier 1 OEM supplier is then applied beneath the final black fine-texture powder coat.
This multi-stage process provides additional corrosion and wear protection while delivering a clean, low-gloss finish that complements the factory Jeep exterior.

No cutting is required, and all necessary heavy-duty mounting hardware is included.
