Description
The Currie HD60 Low Pinion Rear Axle is a direct bolt-in upgrade for Jeep Gladiator owners who demand increased strength, durability, and reliability without sacrificing daily drivability. Designed for multi-use commuters, overlanders, tow rigs, and off-road builds, the LP60 delivers a significant performance upgrade over the factory rear axle while maintaining excellent road manners.
Built around low-pinion Dana 60–based gearing, the HD60 features massive 3.5-inch diameter axle tubes and 40-spline axle shafts, providing a dramatic increase in load capacity and long-term durability—ideal for larger tires, added vehicle weight, and towing duties. Despite its heavy-duty construction, the HD60 retains the factory Jeep Gladiator wheel bolt pattern, allowing you to continue running your existing wheels.
Designed as a true bolt-in assembly for 2020+ Jeep Gladiator JT models, the Currie HD60 includes all necessary brackets and mounts pre-installed. Factory rear brakes are retained and transferred to the new axle, simplifying installation and maintaining OEM brake performance. Due to the larger housing and 1350-series U-joint, the factory driveshaft will require modification or replacement to complete the upgrade. CLICK HERE FOR DRIVESHAFT OPTION
The Currie HD60 rear axle is an ideal solution for Gladiator owners looking for a balanced, heavy-duty axle that performs equally well on the highway, trail, and under load.
