Description
The Motobilt Crusher Series Front Bumper for Jeep Wrangler JL and Gladiator JT delivers serious protection, recovery capability, and high-clearance performance for demanding off-road use. Designed and manufactured in the USA with a recessed winch mount, this bumper positions the winch low and tight between the frame rails, improving airflow, approach angle, and overall strength.
Constructed from 3/16-inch laser-cut steel plate, the Crusher bumper is cut and CNC-bent for precise fitment and durability. The integrated high-clearance design includes a built-in skid plate, providing additional protection for critical front-end components while maintaining a compact footprint. Measuring just 46 inches at its widest point, this bumper offers excellent clearance and easily accommodates up to 40-inch tires.
For recovery, the bumper features massive 3/4-inch thick laser-cut D-ring mounts that pass completely through the bumper and are welded on both the inside and outside. This pass-through design delivers exceptional strength and accepts most common recovery shackles (not included).
The recessed winch plate is designed around a standard 10" x 4.5" mounting pattern and has been tested with Warn VR EVO and Zeon series winches. The bumper is compatible with all factory sway bars, including Rubicon models, and also works with Anti-Rock sway bars.
The Crusher Series Front Bumper ships raw steel, ready for paint or powder coat, and includes all necessary mounting hardware.

Notes
- Ships raw steel; must be painted or powder coated to prevent rust
- Previous versions may include a fairlead spacer
- Does not work with Superwinch EXP or offset winches such as Warn 9.5 TI series
- No pre-drilled mounting for auxiliary lights (can be added by customer)
- Due to manufacturing tolerances, frame mounting holes may require slight enlargement during installation
