Our aluminum half doors are not a simply outside door skin like comparable products offered. The Motobilt aluminum JL/JLU/JT Half Door features interior construction that create an actual door with an interior door panel. The interior of the door has a more refined and finished look. The interior door panel has a cutout in the door creating more storage space in your Jeep JL, JLU or Gladiator JT.
The Motobilt half doors are constructed from 11ga aluminum and are CNC laser cut and CNC bent into shape for a consistent product that looks great. The doors have a double wall design so we retain the factory door thickness and increase storage inside the door. There are door release latches on the interior and exterior of each door. Inside, each latch uses an adjustable automotive grade cable to release the door.
