Special order or non-stocking items are specifically exempted from our return policy and cannot be returned. Rebel is not responsible if you did not read the product description outlining the terms of a special order or non-stocking item.

 

By checking the box on the order page, you agree to our return policy. It is your responsibility to read and understand these conditions. When you click place order, you're agreeing to these terms fully.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION PROCEDURE:

In the event that the product you purchased was available at the moment of order placement, it may be difficult for us to halt the process. Our system is designed to promptly forward orders for shipping.

 

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. To initiate the return process for your item, please begin our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by sending an email to internetsales@rebeloffroad.com.

 

If the item you ordered is not currently in stock and has not yet been shipped, kindly contact Rebel Off Road at internetsales@rebeloffroad.com to request a cancellation.

 

DECLINED DELIVERIES:

In case you reject a package, a $18 handling fee along with any extra shipping costs will be subtracted from your refund, which may also prolong the refund procedure.

 

For returning an item, it is essential to accept all shipments initially and then follow our standard return process.

 

To initiate the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) procedure, please email internetsales@rebeloffroad.com to arrange for the item to be returned.

For international order refusals: Any duty, taxes, and fees incurred during the return process will be deducted from your refund.

 

REQUEST FOR ADDRESS MODIFICATION:

Should you need to alter the delivery address after your order has been processed, we will make every effort to collaborate with the carrier to redirect your package(s). In the event of a successful address change, an $18 fee will be applied, along with any extra shipping costs, for which the customer will be responsible.

 

FAULTY PRODUCTS & PRODUCT WARRANTIES:

Rebel Off Road does not provide warranty coverage for products with defects. Nevertheless, a majority of items available on our website are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. Rebel Off Road shall not be held responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from defective products. Furthermore, Rebel Off Road does not cover ancillary expenses, including but not limited to labor charges for removal and installation of defective parts, materials, lost time or wages, towing, lift, shipping, dock, or storage fees.

INCORRECT PRODUCT RECEIVED:

In the event that you receive an incorrect item, please send pictures of the wrong part along with the part number displayed on the manufacturer's packaging to internetsales@rebeloffroad.com within 5 business days from the delivery date.

 

It is your and/or your mechanic's responsibility to ensure the received part is suitable for your vehicle PRIOR to installation.

 

Please note that we do not offer refunds for third-party expenses, including but not limited to installation fees, preparation costs, painting charges, or any other costs associated with the installation process.

 

INCOMPLETE ORDERS:

In case your order arrives with missing part(s), kindly email images of the items you received as well as a photo of the part number on the manufacturer's packaging to our Customer Service at internetsales@rebeloffroad.com.

 

Refrain from installing or attempting to install any item with incomplete components.

 

Please ensure that any reports of missing parts are submitted to our customer service within 5 business days.

 

PACKAGE DAMAGE UPON DELIVERY:

If you receive a damaged package, please send photos of the damage(s) to our Customer Service team at internetsales@rebeloffroad.com. Rebel Off Road will manage the claim on your behalf.

 

Shipping companies necessitate the original packaging for inspection purposes. It is the customer's responsibility to retain all original packaging materials.

Avoid installing or attempting to install any damaged items received. Attempting installation will nullify all warranty and claim options for replacing the damaged part.

The cost of expedited shipping for replacing damaged items will be the customer's responsibility.

Kindly report all damages to Rebel Off Road within 5 business days.

 

PACKAGE LOSS OR THEFT:

You are solely responsible for maintaining an up-to-date address and accurate contact information in your account to guarantee proper delivery. Rebel Off Road is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer errors.

 

Please report missing packages marked as delivered to Rebel Off Road within 24 hours. Rebel Off Road is not responsible for stolen packages. If you purchased Route protection on your order, you are responsible to place a claim with them for reimbursement or to place a new order. If the package is listed as delivered but not received, Rebel off Road will require an immediate police report filing. Forward a copy of the police report to internetsales@rebeloffroad.com, and we will initiate an investigation with the shipping company.

 

To accommodate late carrier deliveries or delivery errors, shipping carriers necessitate a 3-business day waiting period before permitting customer service to file a missing package claim.

 

DELIVERIES TO APARTMENTS/CONDOMINIUMS:

Shipping to an apartment address is at your own risk. Rebel Off Road will not assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

 

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

Non-refundable items include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Original shipping fees
  • Free shipping promotions
  • Labor charges
  • Fees from third-party shops

 

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

Rebel Off Road frequently offers products that cannot be returned. Such items include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Clearance items
  • Discontinued items
  • Scratch and dent items
  • Apparel
  • Mounted tires and wheels
  • Electrical items, including lights
  • Programmers and calibrators
  • Custom orders/items
  • Special orders

 

All sales of these items are deemed final, with no returns or refunds permitted. The purchaser assumes all risks associated with acquiring these products. Although clearance or scratch and dent items undergo basic functionality testing, they may exhibit minor cosmetic flaws, such as scratches, dings, or dents. If any items display defects in quality or performance after the transaction, the buyer is responsible for all necessary servicing or repairs and agrees to release both Rebel Off Road and the manufacturer from any liability, unless legally mandated otherwise. Clearance or scratch and dent items do not carry a 30-day warranty or satisfaction guarantee.

 

Items Purchased on Rebel Off Road

If you are returning merchandise within 30 days from the date of receipt, and the item has not been installed, opened or modified and is complete, you may return, at your cost, all or part of the order to receive a full refund for the original purchase price of the product. Original shipping, return shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Special order or non-stocking items are specifically exempted from this policy and will be assessed with an appropriate re-stocking charge. If you are returning merchandise after 31 days, a store credit will apply, subject to approval, along with a 15% restocking fee (only applied to item being returned) will be charged for the balance of the original purchase price. In order to obtain an RGA (return goods authorization), please call and speak with a customer service rep (internetsales@rebeloffroad.com). Wheels are not returnable after tires have been mounted.

 

Rebel Off Road also provides unique or custom-made items often categorized as special-order items. These products are procured on a case-by-case basis. As a result, custom, made-to-order, or special-order items are ineligible for return or exchange. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the ordered items meet their requirements.

Credit Card Transaction

By providing your credit card details to Rebel Off Road, you authorize us to charge your credit card for the agreed upon purchases. This authorization includes all retail transactions and any other charges outlined in your order agreement.

You affirm that you are the lawful cardholder of the credit card provided and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Rebel Off Road will charge your credit card for the amount specified in your order, which includes the total cost of the purchase(s), applicable taxes, and any additional fees agreed upon.

Rebel Off Road takes your security seriously and ensures the confidentiality and security of your credit card information. Your credit card will be billed as soon as your order is processed.

By completing your order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please keep a copy of this authorization for your record.

 

Rebel Engineering Products

Recon Coilover Kit orders are built to order, once placed, can not be cancelled. If you are returning merchandise within 30 days from the date of receipt, and the item has not been installed, modified and is complete, you may return all or part of the order to receive a refund for the original purchase price of the product with 15% restocking fee (No exceptions will be made)

If your recon brackets have been powder coated/Painted a custom color, these are nonrefundable, and will be assessed a stripping/re-powder coating fee of $150.

King Shocks that have been customized (Colors, spring rates, valving etc.) to the needs of the customer are not eligible for return.

Original shipping, return shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you are returning merchandise after 31 days, a 20% restock fee will apply and store credit will be issued for the balance of the original purchase price. You must contact us to obtain a Return Goods Authorization before returning any merchandise.

 

A re-boxing fee will apply to shipments where the original packing can no longer be used for resale as a new item. Packing must be up to our standards of quality in order to ship to a new customer. Packages can be damaged when being shipped to you, making it impossible to sell as a new item.
