When we set out to design our Rebel Off Road JT Rear Fender Liners, the mission was clear—deliver full protection, maximum clearance, and keep things looking clean whether you’re running factory flares or our aftermarket options. We didn’t just want another liner—we wanted a solution that answered the real-world problems we see on our own rigs and with our customers.
The first challenge was complete coverage. That meant relocating wiring harnesses and connectors that Jeep left exposed. We engineered a simple relocation bracket that tucks everything safely between the frame and the body—out of harm’s way and protected from trail abuse. With that handled, we carved out the largest wheel well opening possible, following the body lines tight while keeping safe clearance around electrical components. For extra insurance, we built in protection so if a tire does touch, your components stay safe.
We also tackled the issue of rattles head-on, securing the liners with a mix of nutserts and through bolts for a solid, no-rattle install. And because installation should be straightforward, we utilize factory mounting holes to ensure perfect alignment every time.
The end result is a liner that combines strength, precision fitment, and off-road function with a sleek aesthetic. Whether you’re sticking with factory flares or running aftermarket setups, our JT Rear Fender Liners give you the freedom of choice without compromise.
