This complete system includes our BIG BORE XD Steering Gear, a high-performance pump kit with remote reservoir, a Cylinder Assist kit, and all the hardware you need for a clean install. Say goodbye to steering play, pump overheating, and white-knuckle turns when your lockers are engaged.

WARNING!
Use HWK-688-PP hardware kit when installing a Synergy MFG Track Bar and Sector Shaft Brace with this product.
Using the Factory or the standard PSC supplied bolts with the Synergy MFG Track Bar and Sector Shaft Brace could result in steering gearbox case failure.
NOTES:
The larger size of the BIG BORE XD Steering Gearbox may prohibit the use of some aftermarket track bars.
To achieve the best on-the-road driveability, the recommended front axle caster setting is 7 degrees POSITIVE.
A high steer or drag link flip kit may need to be installed on vehicles with more than four (4) inches of lift.
There are no drop Pitman arms on the market that fit the Big Bore XD Steering Gearbox.
PSC recommends using SWEPCO 715 Power Steering Fluid in all Cylinder Assist Kits.
