  • CARGO BASKET COMPATIBLE! Bumper is made of 3/16" steel, that is laser cut and formed. It has a drop down deck in it to allow the rear tire to be mounted lower. It also has a built in 2" class 2 receiver for hauling and towing. The tire carrier is all new and similar to our TJ square frame unit. It features a 3/16" upper latch plate that mounts to the tailgate and will accept all Hanson cargo packages! The tire carrier, carries a 37" tire with no problems or rattles. It will carry a 48" HiLift as shown in the picture. Tire carrier opens very easily. It uses a bear claw latch very similar to a car door latch, gentle pull release lever the unit unlocks and is ready to open.

The fender bars are constructed of 1 5/8” x .120 wall tubing and are angled back and welded for maximum strength. The unique placement and design of the 1” wide clevis tabs gives them unmatched strength allowing them to be pulled from any angle without fear of damage to bumper or tab, and do not interfere with approach and departure angles. Tab is drilled for a 7/8” pin. Bumper provides accommodation for factory driving or after market lights.   • This unique design is a direct replacement for the stock tire carrier. It is designed to accommodate a 35” tire without putting any additional stress on the tailgate. Unit will also clear a 37" tire, however the complete tire carrier bumper is recommended. Constructed of 1 ½” square .120 wall tubing and a 3/16” gauge steel center. The steel center bolts to the tailgate using factory holes and a gusset bolts to the factory hinges. This design relieves the stress from the tailgate and spreads the load out to the hinges, allowing the unit to carry a larger tire. Black semi-gloss powder coat finish. This unit will work with our rear basic bumper or the stock bumper.
