Introducing the Dirt King upper control arms for your 2005+ Toyota Tacoma. Lifting your vehicle with stock upper control arms can pose several challenges. Factory arms can over-articulate, leading to compromised geometry and strength. Dirt King's solution? A reimagined design for our upper control arms tailored for Toyota Tacoma 05+ models.
Our design introduces increased castor and strategically repositioned pivot angles, minimizing joint stress. This ensures improved handling and proper alignment. Moving away from the factory standards, we've incorporated heavy-duty Moog ball joints and, for inner pivots, resilient urethane bushings equipped with grease fittings for effortless maintenance. Every component is designed to be rebuildable or replaceable, ensuring longevity.

Wheel Travel / Lift
The upper control arms must be paired with OEM replacement coil overs to lift the vehicle. They offer an additional 1” of down travel compared to the stock upper control arms. These arms are compatible with King, Fox, Bilstein, ADS and Icon coil overs. Do not install these upper control arms with coil spacers that over articulate the suspension.
Tire Info
The upper control arms will allow for 33” tires but the front section of the cab mount may need to be cut to avoid tire rubbing while turning. In addition the front bumper may require trimming for proper tire clearance.
