Introducing the Aluminum Carrier Plate 2.0 - a newly designed, lightweight aluminum panel for our XPLOR bed rack for the Jeep Gladiator and Toyota Tacoma. This upgraded carrier plate is lighter, more versatile, and ready to support your adventure needs.
Crafted from high-quality aluminum, the Flat Carrier Plate 2.0 boasts a significant weight reduction of approximately 60%, coming in at 7Lbs vs 3Lbs for aluminum, making it an ideal choice for off-roading and camping enthusiasts who value efficiency and performance. The innovative design features an increased number of attachment points, allowing for secure mounting of a wide range of adventure, overland, and recovery accessories. Use of our optional molle accessory nut is recommended for a wider variety of mounting options.
The carrier plate's rectangle holes can be transformed into modular threaded mounting points (with use of our molle accessory nuts), offering endless possibilities for organizing your camping and overland gear. To achieve the modular mounting ability, heavy-duty CNC machined 5052 aluminum black molle accessory nuts can be inserted into the molle holes. Each molle accessory nut features a 1/4" X 20 threaded hole capable of supporting over 50 lbs on a single bolt.

Light Weight: At only 3 Lbs per carrier plate (Vs 7Lbs per steel carrier plate), these accessory panels will add minimal weight to your rig, allowing for additional add ons without reducing MPG's!
Designed for versatility: The Flat Carrier Plate 2.0 can be mounted on either the inside or outside of our XPLOR bed rack, using our inner or outer (low profile) stand off brackets (requires 2 stand off brackets per carrier plate) which takes up minimal real estate. This efficient design takes up minimal space, leaving ample room for mounting essentials like shovels, axes, lighting, water tanks, fuel tanks, recovery gear, propane bottles and much more.
Built for Longevity: These lightweight aluminum carrier plates come sandblasted, pre-treated with 4 stage iron phosphate wash with deionized water rinse. They receive a Tier 1 OEM Supplier basecoat of zinc rich primer and then are shot with a top coat of black fine texture powder coat finish.
Square Molle Accessory nut: Our proprietary molle accessory nut makes quick work out of mounting accessories to your carrier plate. Each molle accessory nut features a 1/4 X 20 threaded hole capable of supporting over 50 lbs on a single bolt.

PLEASE NOTE:
If installing these with the older carrier plates (slotted pattern, not rectangular) it will be necessary to loosen your racks bolts, so you can properly align the new carrier plates.
