The Recon rear weld in Jeep JK/JKU coilover conversion is the perfect balance of ride quality and competition grade performance. We've combined the proven domination of King 2.5 X 14inch coil over shocks with the most capable Jeep ever produced.

Our Recon Xtreme Rear Coil over Kit is the first of it's kind to actually work outside the traditional realms of JK Unlimited suspension packages. We move the upper shock mounts to the inside of the Jeep, safely tucked away in the rear tub behind the rear bench. Angled to allow for full gear storage in the back - you can still load up all the spare parts or ice chests you want and take them on the toughest trails out there. Articulation is maximized without having to 'dove tail' the rear quarter panels or even 'back halving' the entire Jeep.

The entire rear cage is manufactured out of .120wall 1.75 inch 4130 Chrome Moly tube for the ultimate in strength and durability. (Just like a well built Desert Race Truck.)
The Recon Xtreme Rear Coil over kit is built to accommodate either coil overs or a combination of coil overs with triple bypass shocks. All mounting parts and brackets can be custom powder coated to meet your own style to match performance with cosmetics. Welding is done to our industry leading demands. King shocks are valved with perfectly paired spring rates to meet your exacting trail habits and desired level of trail difficulty. There isn't a black marked trail that the new Recon Xtreme kit can't dominate! From Unlimited's outfitted with Dana 44's to rock crushing Dana 60's, articulation is simply unrivaled. Each system comes with:
Rear Weld-in Jeep JK rear weld in bed cage (raw - no powdercoat)
Rear King 14inch 2.5 coil overs with Rebel Offroad's exclusive valving and spring rate
Required: Minimum 30inch brake lines
Minimum 13inch sway bar links
Some drilling is required. Exhaust mod required for rear kit. Aftermarket sway bar required for rear kit. Extended length brake lines are be required front and rear. Some aftermarket axles may require modified lower rear brackets.
