One of our recent projects involved an awe-inspiring Jeep Wrangler 392, which we outfitted with a wide range of high-performance upgrades. In this blog post, we'll delve into the details of this thrilling build and showcase the top-quality components that transformed this Jeep Wrangler 392 into the ultimate trail rig.

The foundation of our Jeep Wrangler 392 build began with a set of KMC Grenade Crawl Beadlock 8 lug wheels, wrapped in Nitto Trail Grappler 40x13.50R17 tires. To support the oversized spare tire, we installed a TeraFlex JL Alpha HD spare tire carrier. Our Rebel Off Road regear package further enhanced the vehicle's performance capabilities.

For superior protection and rugged aesthetics, we equipped the Wrangler with our Summit Series front bumper featuring a skid and mid-size hoop. Additional upgrades included KC HiLites G34 fog lights, a Warn VR EVO-10S winch, a Summit Series JL rear bumper, and a Halo 2.0 roof rack. Lighting improvements also encompassed a KC HiLites Pro 6 LED light bar and Gravity Pro 6 cowl mount LED lights.

To ensure exceptional off-road handling, we installed a TeraFlex JL 4dr 4" Alpine RT4 long arm suspension system, SteerSmarts Yeti HD steering package with tie rod and drag link, a Synergy Manufacturing steering stabilizer tie rod clamp, and a PSC cylinder assist steering kit specifically designed for the 2021 and newer JL 392 big bore kit. The suspension upgrades also featured a Rebel Off Road DSS Kit front and rear Recon coilover kit with King coilovers and triple bypass shocks.

We further outfitted the Wrangler 392 with a MagnaFlow performance exhaust, Next Venture JLU aluminum skids with UHMW, Rock Jock Anti-Rock rear sway bar, and Currie Platinum JL 70 392 axles with 4.88 gears and E-locker. For communications, we installed a Cobra 29 CB radio and Firestik CB antenna.

Additional enhancements included Rockslide steps with step light kit, an ARB dual compressor with inflation kit and American Adventure Labs rear JL compressor mount, an sPOD Bantam HD JL with A-pillar mount, and 1350 CV extreme-duty driveshafts. Lastly, we incorporated AGM suspension sliders for added protection on the trails.
