2020 Jeep Gladiator Sport Build Sheet

At Rebel Off Road, we take pride in transforming off-road vehicles into capable and adventurous machines. One of our recent projects involved a 2020 Jeep Gladiator Sport, which we fully outfitted with a plethora of high-performance upgrades, turning it into an absolute beast on and off the pavement. In this blog post, we'll share the details of this exciting build and highlight some of the top-notch components that went into making this Jeep Gladiator Sport a true off-road powerhouse.

To create a formidable off-road machine, we began by upgrading the Gladiator Sport with a Dynatrac 60/80 front and rear axle package featuring a 5:38 gear ratio and ARB air locker. Ensuring optimal traction on any terrain, we equipped the vehicle with 20" KMC Hex Beadlock wheels in an 8x6.5 configuration. To further enhance performance, we installed Adams Driveshafts for both the front and rear, along with a TeraFlex Alpine IR long arm front and rear suspension system.

For added protection on the trails, we integrated an Artec JT skid plate system and Rockslide Engineering JT step sliders. We also focused on upgrading the lighting, incorporating Rigid SR-Q pair lights, a KC HiLites rock lighting kit, KC Gravity Pro headlights, and KC Pro 6 spotlights to ensure optimal visibility during nighttime adventures.

To accommodate long journeys, we fitted the Gladiator Sport with a Genesis Off Road dual battery system, an sPOD Bantam unit, an iKamper Mini rooftop tent, and a Rhino Rack Dome 1300 awning. For added convenience, we installed a Dometic CFX355IM fridge with a slide on an Xplor fridge mount.

The build also features performance-enhancing components such as an SB Filters cold air intake, a Borla catback exhaust, a PSC Motorsports hydraulic assist, and an Edelbrock JT supercharger. To further optimize the Gladiator's suspension, we installed a Rebel Off Road complete Jeep JL coilover conversion system kit, which includes a bolt-on front coilover conversion system.

For improved storage capabilities and versatility, we added a Rebel Off Road Halo LBR rack and an XPLOR full-height, fully modular adventure rack for the Jeep Gladiator JT. We also included an XPLOR headache rack plate for added protection and functionality.

Finally, we installed additional accessories such as a Rock Jock Antirock sway bar with forged arms, a propane tank with a mount, an ARB twin air compressor, and an ARB air compressor mount.
