Each XPLOR Headache Rack is sandblasted and pre-treated using a multi-stage iron phosphate wash and deionized water rinse. A zinc-rich primer base coat is applied before the final black fine-texture powder coat, providing a durable finish designed to withstand regular outdoor and off-road use.
