Employing 1/2" bolts for a secure attachment to your factory frame rails and 3/8" carriage bolts across the frame, our bed rack system stands out with its exceptional strength and reliability. The powder-coated racks are subjected to rigorous sandblasting, a 4-stage iron phosphate wash, and a deionized water rinse, followed by a basecoat of zinc-rich primer sourced from a Tier 1 OEM Supplier. The final touch of resilience comes with a top coat of fine-textured black powder coat finish.
Our multi-purpose bed rack system is designed to work seamlessly with both the Halo Rack and Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform, presenting additional mounting and storage possibilities. The built-in light mounting locations offer ample options for customizing your lighting arrangement or even drilling into the frame to develop your own exclusive configuration.
The package includes front, middle, and rear uprights (left to right) along with their corresponding crossbars (front to back). Furthermore, you'll receive four exterior side mounting carrier plates, six top channel braces—perfect for mounting our rooftop tent rail system or other accessories—and a vanity plate for mounting behind the cut-out Rebel Off Road Logo.
