Designed specifically for the Jeep Wrangler JL and Gladiator JT, these high-clearance fenders replace the bulky factory plastic flares with a strong, purpose-built aluminum design engineered around larger tires and aggressive off-road use.
Rather than simply splitting or modifying factory Rubicon flares, Next Venture raises the fender profile to provide additional tire clearance while maintaining functional tire coverage. The design has been tested with tires as large as 42x14.50, making these an excellent choice for heavily modified JL and JT builds where suspension up-travel and tire clearance are a priority.
Heavy-Duty Aluminum Construction
Each front fender is laser cut, CNC formed, and TIG welded from **3/16-inch aluminum** for an excellent combination of strength and weight savings.
Behind the aluminum flare, **3/16-inch HRPO steel tie-in brackets** provide additional mounting strength to help resist the fender pulling away from or bending at the body during demanding off-road use.
Increased Tire Clearance
The highline profile provides greater tire clearance than factory Rubicon flares, allowing additional room for suspension compression and larger tire combinations.
Next Venture has tested these fenders with 42x14.50 tires, while builds utilizing 37-inch and 40-inch tires demonstrate the versatility of the design across everything from moderately modified Jeeps to extreme rock-crawling applications.
Actual tire clearance will vary based on suspension, axle width, wheel offset, bump-stop configuration, and other vehicle modifications.
Integrated LED DRL & Turn Signals
You don't have to sacrifice factory-style lighting when upgrading to high-clearance fenders.
Integrated front-mounted LED daytime running lights and turn signals are included, maintaining an important functional element of the factory fender while delivering a much cleaner, more purposeful appearance.
Built for the Trail
The flare maintains substantial tire coverage toward the rear of the wheel opening while tapering toward the front to more closely follow the body and hood lines of the JL and JT.
The shortened forward profile also helps keep the fender away from rocks and obstacles when navigating tight technical terrain.

Installation
Installation requires drilling and rivet nuts. Trimming or removal of factory fender flare brackets is also required to achieve optimal installation and tire clearance.
These are purpose-built highline fenders intended for modified Jeeps, so professional installation is recommended if you are not comfortable drilling, installing rivet nuts, trimming factory components, or completing the required lighting connections.
