New Design - Aluminum Carrier Plate 2.0 for XPLOR Bed Racks (Pair)
Rebel Off Road introduces the Aluminum Carrier Plate 2.0—a lightweight, high-strength storage platform designed for use with both Half‑Height and Full‑Height XPLOR Bed Racks on Jeep Gladiator and Toyota Tacoma.
Crafted from high-quality aluminum, the Flat Carrier Plate 2.0 boasts a significant weight reduction of approximately 60%, coming in at 3lbs vs 7lbs for aluminum, making it an ideal choice for off-roading and camping enthusiasts who value efficiency and performance. Our newest design has rolled sides to increase the overall strength and rigidity with a thinner profile that reduces weight. The innovative design features an increased number of attachment points, allowing for secure mounting of a wide range of adventure, overland, and recovery accessories. Use of our optional molle accessory nut is recommended for a wider variety of mounting options.
Key Features:
- Weight saving: Each plate weighs just ~3.2 lb (compared to ~7 lb for previous steel versions)—a ~60 % reduction, ideal for maintaining payload efficiency
- Versatile mounting options: Features increased attachment points and .75 × 1.25 in rectangular MOLLE-style holes. Insert optional MOLLE accessory nuts (¼‑20 threaded) to support over 50 lb per bolt
