Description
The Notorious Flare is constructed of formed aluminum and reinforced in all of the proper locations to provide maximum protection.
When it was time to begin the development of a proper JK flare we knew we had to throw all traditional thinking out the window. We knew from some side projects there is a cavernous space behind the factory flares that is just begging for some sunlight and big tires. Today's trend is LCG (low center of gravity) so keeping this trend in mind we have developed a flare that not only looks and functions well, but has allowed us to run even larger tires with litte or no lift.
Build Specs
You can confidently install these flares knowing they have been constructed from quality materials by the craftsmen at Nemesis Industries. Using a water jet the flare is cut from 3/16" aluminum sheet. The flare is then dried, cleaned, and sanded to remove any dross (slag) leftover from the cutting process. Forming of the flare is handled by our CNC press brake, using tooling developed by our resident tool and die maker. The part is then welded and metal finished providing a seamless finish. Upon completion the flare is once again inspected to ensure a precise fit.
Notes
Flares are available in black powder coat, textured black powder coat, custom powder coat and color match paint.

Installation
Installation can be handled by the average home installer, and can be completed in three hours for the pair, using basic hand tools and a drill.
