Currie's weld-on Johnny Joint® rod ends for fabricators and suspension system builders offer 30 degrees of unrestricted movement in any direction as compared to 22 degrees on a common heim joint. This joint consists of a 2 ½ O.D. x .180 wall chromoly outer barrel, interlocking urethane bushings that encase the inner ball, a 2 5/8 wide heat treated, CNC machined inner ball center with a 9/16 thru hole, heavy duty side washers and retaining clip. In this application, the outer barrell is drilled and a zerk fitting is included for external greasing - no thru bolt is included.
