The extension bracket bolts to the factory spare tire mounting holes and reuses the factory 3rd brake light and wiring. Also features an integrated CB antenna mount. This kit is compatible with the TeraFlex Alpha HD Hinged Spare Tire Carrier & Alpha HD Adjustable Spare Tire Mounting Kit.
