Description
Rock Hard 4x4 JK *Aluminum* Oil Pan & Transmission Skid Plate fastens to the frame in front of both motor mounts and at the main crossmember in the rear for maximum protection. Also, to make oil changes easy and to minimize clean-up, this lighter weight, skid plate comes complete with a removable oil drain access plate. All bolts at the frame crossmember are replaced with tapered bolt head protectors to allow rocks to slide across them with ease and still allow you to get a socket on the bolt heads for removal. Our tests have shown stock driveline to clear this skid at 40" of flex. This aluminum skid is made of 1/4" aluminum with solid protection for the weight conscious Jeep owner. Comes powder coated black with a slight texture. Fits 2007-2014.
